Alfie looks back at Stoneywood and ahead to Islavale.

Boss Allan Youngson is looking for the players to be more ruthless ahead of tomorrow's Grill League Cup quarter final.

"Saturdays game was another good solid performance from us, some of our attacking play was excellent but we aren’t getting the full rewards for the good chances we are creating,

It took us until the 80th minute to kill the game off and as much as 3-0 is a comfortable scoreline I want to see us be as ruthless as possible and kill games off when the chances arrive. Stoneywood you can see are a young side but they stuck at it and under Sandy and Robbie they’ll improve massively as the season goes on."

A place in the last four is at stake when Islavale visit Ian Mair Park tomorrow and the boss is keen to make amends for recent defeats against the Moray based club.

"This Saturdays game is a huge game for us, we've spoken internally about making the later stages of cups a priority and a home tie in a quarter final is all we can ask for. Islavale will be an excellent test as always and the players will be aware what happened when we played them last season in the cup, eventually losing out on penalties in a tight game at Ian Mair Park and we will be looking to progress in this one. We’ve had a good start, but that’s all it is."
